THIS ARTWORK'S STORY / TRANSMISSION:
 
This painting was the initial image Ashmi Pathela channeled for the Anchoring The Light Book Cover. It was not used for the book cover as it did not work well with writing / font on top of it. So another painting was done, which interestingly was tuned into closer to the completion of the book. I believe they weave together and hold a greater story together. To receive the full transmission I highly recommend reading the book Anchoring The Light by Ashmi Pathela! This painting also holds the transmission of The Anchoring The Light painting. So read both descriptions for a full understanding.
 
I was at the very start of my pregnancy when Ashmi asked me to paint the book cover image. I had just Anchored a new Light into my being (my baby) and was starting a journey of transformation, physically and spiritually. I believe the natural initiation process that pregnancy and birth are, don't just birth the baby but also birth the mother. A process of transformation, death and rebirth. Very powerful. Pregnancy was a catalyst for slowing down and syncing to the natural rhythms of life. It took me into a place of deep listening within. Often forcing me to this place. 
This was my embodied shift in paradigm, from the worlds programming of rush, working hard to create and survive, needing more and more, and never feeling enough, TO creating an entire being without conscious effort, all naturally unfolding within me, and  that this natural creation required me to slow down! To listen deeply to my body and my heart and honour my needs! I felt so full with the beauty and richness of life that came from this slower pace bringing me deeper into presence. As we Anchor our Light we are Anchoring a whole new way of being, back to the organic way of life. It is like flipping our world upside down and realising that sometimes it is from going an opposing way that the light and flame of our heart gets ignited.  That our passion is ignited. That instead of just being the light, we get to experience our light from illuminating the darkness. That it requires polarity and shadow to have any experience at all. We get to experience ourselves in all forms and in the grand nature we are. My birth was the ultimate experience of this. I handed it all over to the wisdom innately woven into my body and discovered there was an all knowing intelligence driving, and that I got to be the witness of this, of my body, of my mind, of the birth of life itself. 
 
This painting's transmission is about this embodied shift in consciousness. That it has been and is a lineage and ongoing process from one lifetime to another. Threaded through the birth and death process. That now we are shifting from a 3D unconscious experience to a conscious multi-dimensional experience. We are waking up to our light body and our essential nature. From separated self to unified Self. As we attune to this organic wisdom, we see through a new lens, and we get to experience the process from the illusion of disconnection to the reality of connection, from fear from the illusion of separation to the power of Love. 
 
The image of light coming from the stars and anchoring into form of the fibonacci spiral shell, means many things to me, and so I ask you to tune into what it means for you. For me it was Anchoring my light (my divine nature) into my physical form, it was the anchoring of my baby's spirit into form, it was the realisation of the saying As Above, So below.
